Sadly, we weren't able to use the pool due to its location which wasn't exposed to sunlight. That was a downside because we were looking forward to a refreshing swim.

The hotel is located near Antea shopping mall, which is great for shopping and dining options. the room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities and a comfortable bed. the breakfast offered a variety of American and Mexican dishes, and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

The level of customer service was lacking. One staff member was unhelpful when asked about room service, and there were no washcloths provided in the bathroom.

The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our New Year's Day and we loved having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. the location was convenient for exploring the city and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.
